RANGE OFFICER COMMANDS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY OBEYED
Shooters will always strictly follow Cooper's Four Fundamental Rules of Firearm Safety
- All Firearms are always loaded
- Never point the muzzle of a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy
- Finger must be off the trigger, and outside the trigger guard until sights are on target, and you intend to fire
- Be sure of your target, what is around it, and what is behind it
NO FIREARMS HANDLING EXCEPT IN A SHOOTING LANE AND FORWARD OF THE RED SAFETY LINE
ANY FIREARM REMOVED FROM A CASE, HOLSTER, OR CARRY TUB OUTSIDE OF THE RANGE MUST BE SHOWN CLEAR IMMEDIATELY BY RANGE STAFF
- 15 yard pistol bays are PISTOL CALIBER ONLY
- .22 Rifles and Pistol Caliber Carbines are allowed, notify Range Staff at Check-In
- 25 yard Tactical Bay is for pistols, rifles, and shotguns
- Shotguns - Notify Range Staff at Check-In
- Slugs and Buckshot Only
- Must have shoulder stock and sights
- 50 Yard Rifle Bay is RIFLES ONLY
- Firearms must be in a case, carry tub, or holster at all times for transportation in the facility and to and from vehicles
- No Children under 12 on the range
- All minors must have parental supervision at all times
- A valid, physical, government issued photo ID is required to be on the range
- Can NOT be a picture or printout of an ID
- No food or drink on the range
- No tobacco use inside the building
- No pregnant women on the range
- No consumption of any substance that impairs normal use of physical or mental abilities
- Eye and Ear Protection is required at all times inside the range
- No horseplay. No irresponsible, discourteous or negligent behavior
- Firers must posses sufficient English comprehension to communicate effectively with our Range Safety Officers
- Handguns, handgun ammunition, and NFA (Class 3) Items can only be rented or sold to individuals 21 and older
- Rifles and rifle ammunition can only be rented or sold to individuals 18 and older
- No returns on Gift Certificates, Ammunition, Firearms, Optics, or NFA (Class 3) items
- It is the firers sole responsibility to understand safe operation of their firearm and ensure that their firearm is in safe working order
- Do not point firearms at facility equipment, such as target carriers, tables, walls - except target and rubber berm beyond target
- Do not shoot at targets intended for other lanes
- No items may be used as a target except paper, cardboard, or aluminum foil
- Range Staff may disallow the use of any outside target, particularly targets depicting photorealistic persons
- Do not shoot under firing tables
- When not being used, firearms will be benched, action open, ejection port facing up, magazine removed MUZZLE POINTED DOWNRANGE
- Firearms must be in a case, carry tub, or holster at all times except when in a shooting lane, and forward of the red safety line
- Notify a Range Safety Officer to clear any type of malfunction
- Do not remove a malfunctioned firearm from it's lane, and it must remain pointed downrange at all times
- Do not transfer firearms from lane to lane without a case, carry tub, or holster
- Firearms may be transferred from person to person by unloading the firearm, locking the action open, and placing the firearm on the table, do not transfer firearms directly from person to person
- Wash hands in D-Lead soap (available in bathrooms) immediately after shooting to remove lead dust
- Rapid Fire is at Range Safety Officer Discretion
- Firearms must be under control at all times, with all shots landing on the target
- Notify Range Safety Officer before commencing rapid, binary, or automatic fire
- Firer must cease rapid, binary, or automatic fire immediately upon Range Safety Officer Command
- NO HOLSTER DRAWS
- All firearms must have sights, which must be utilized by the firer
- No prone or kneeling - standing or seated shooting only
- Shotguns must have a shoulder stock
If a CEASE FIRE is called by Range Staff:
- Firers must unload and show clear all firearms
- Firearms must be placed on tables, with the action open, and muzzles pointed downrange
- Firers must step behind the RED SAFETY LINE
- Do not remove eye or ear protection
- Range will be returned to normal 'HOT' status with the command "The range is HOT"

No aluminum cased ammunition
- Steel, brass, and nickel-plated brass are OK

No steel core or 'black tip' armor piercing rounds
- Green tip is OK
- No incendiary, explosive, or tracer rounds

Shotguns: No bird shot or target loads
- Must be 0, 00, or 000 buckshot or slugs
- Bore diameters over .480", handguns producing above 1700 foot pounds of kinetic energy, or rifles producing above 3300 foot pounds of kinetic energy must be approved by Range Staff at Check-In
- No black powder devices
- Pellet guns are allowed, but must use lead or polymer only projectiles, no steel, copper, or other BB cores
